Detailed below are points to be considered when creating your digital artwork.

1. Artwork is to be supplied at the scale and resolution as specified on Slide-a-way's Graphicsider Curtain Artwork Dimension Sheet. This is a CAD drawing produced by Slide-a-way after the vehicle(s) have been accurately measured. This sheet will include all relevant image dimensions including bleed inclusive dimensions, resolution and relevant "no go" zones. Artwork must be sized to the bleed inclusive dimensions.
2. Files can be saved in MacIntosh or IBM (preferred) format with text, borders and line art composed in a Quark Express format. Adobe Illustrator is also acceptable. Use Postscript fonts. Do not use True Type fonts. Instead create outlines (convert to curves).
3. Correctly scaled images should be CMYK TIFF files. Images created in Photoshop should not have type included in them as the type becomes part of the overall image and the resolution may not be high enough to gain the crisp sharp outlines required.
4. All colours should be PMS/PANTONE. Please use only colours from Pantone Coated swatch libraries (Pantone Process and Uncoated are not acceptable).
5. The disk should also contain a copy of the fonts as well as a copy of any EPS files such as logos, caricatures, line art graphics etc.
6. Clients should also include a Quark Preferences file showing the way they have setup their computer. If not included, the host Mac will substitute its own preferences. This may cause problems such as type re-flowing onto different lines or increase in character width etc.

    8. A high resolution digital proof (e.g. IRIS/Rainbow), must accompany the disk. This proof should be approved by the agency and client (signed off) for both colour and position. Low grade colour proofs are not recommended as they generally aren't colour accurate or faithful to the digital files.
