Our facility in Dandenong South is equipped with state of the art computerised drafting, plotting, cutting and PVC welding equipments that allows truck curtains and other products fabricated from PVC to be manufactured to consistently high standards of quality.

State of the Art Technology Truck Curtains Fleetmark truck curtains are built to exact specifications to provide durability in the harsh Australian environment. All our truck curtains are made from rugged 890gsm PVC fabric, using high strength welds in all structural joins. They come standard with reinforcements in all corners, coaming wear strip, double bearing Eziglide rollers and high quality stainless steel buckles. Curtain types we offer include traditional loose sleeve webbing curtains; welded webbing curtains; load hold curtains; Eziliner curtains and prairie wagon curtains. Customers have the option of having their curtains imaged either by digital printing or by traditional painting and sign writing. | Insulated Van Bulkheads Bulkheads for use in refrigerated vans to provide insulated segregation of goods requiring different storage temperatures are available in standard sizes, or can be custom built to your specification. Bulkheads come standard with thermal rated solid foam insulation, an outer layer of rugged 890gsm PVC and a reinforced sleeve at the bottom to combat wear and damage, conveniently located grab handles and spacing lugs to ensure there is a gap between the load and the bulkhead for efficient airflow. | Tarpaulins We offer a range of transport tarpaulins, including tipper tarps, flat deck tarps and purpose built tarpaulins. These tarpaulins are available in standard sizes, in a range of colours, or can be manufactured to your specification. | Curtain Installation In addition to manufacturing curtains, we offer a curtain installation service that can be provided at our premises or yours. | Curtain Repairs Our curtain repair service is available at our premises or yours. We can replace damaged parts and repair torn or ripped curtains at a fraction of the cost of new curtains. Damaged artwork can also be restored. | Spare Parts We stock a comprehensive range of the parts needed to build or repair truck curtains including curtain rollers, buckles, webbing, shrouds, bolt on and structural curtain track, ratchet tensioners, PVC curtain fabric, pelmet rubber, hooks, roller rings.
